Purplemath is a great resource - one of the best resources for MSD II material as well as many topics in algebra. Last year one of our MSD II students would look up his next few topics in Purplemath in the evening, master the topics, then write the pre-tests the next day at Continuing Education.
Review for the End of Path test - at the end of the path students write a test before beginning the next course (P Math 10, College Prep, Math 11E)
SOS Mathematics - although this is an algebra site it has a great fraction review.
