Course Description

This course will provide you with the proficiency to use industry standard software (including word processing, spreadsheet, database, desktop publishing and presentation) to accomplish advanced business tasks.

Course Pre-requisites

3B Lime in the SRA reading assessment and complete the Math 11 Prep path to #1737.

Assignments

You will be given a textbook and two disks: For each assignment, for the course outline using the following procedure:

  • Complete all Practice assignments.  Check your work with the Practice Answer Key.  The disk marked Practice contains all files needed to complete these Practice assignments.  Save all Practice assignments on this disk.
  • Complete the assigned Self-Marking Exercise and check your work with the Self-Marking Exercise Answer Key.  The disk marked Exercises contains all files needed to complete the Self-Marking Exercises.  Save all Self Marking Exercises on this disk. 
  • Complete the assigned chapter-end Hand In Exercises and submit for marking.  The files needed for these assignments are also on the Exercises disk in a separate folder.  Save all Hand In Exercises on this disk.
